On Tuesday July 24th, 2018 the journal of the rule of law and anti-corruption center published its first issue after a careful process of scrutinizing a huge number of submissions. the recently launched journal managed to reach out to almost all continents feeding its submission platform with intellectual contributions from all over the world. submissions went through double tiered revision and sixteen articles in total were qualified for external revision, after the double- blind revision carried by experts, professionals and academics in the field of rule of law and anti-corruption, five articles passed and were finally delivered to the world through ROLACC journal today. additionally; the dynamics and diversity of presented topics creates wealth of understanding of the various forms of corruption, the different sciences that interconnects with law and that the quest of fighting corruption in universal.
ROLACC’s journal is considered as the one and only journal that that specifically tackled issues of (Rule of law and anti corruption) it is the first peer reviewed international journal that serves as platform for all experts and academics in this field. It is a biannual/ bilingual publication. It has a well-structure managerial leadership consisted of diversified international officials and academics.
This journal will be the solid foundation for all anti corruption/ rule of law evolving topics. ROLACC Journal publishes original articles on all aspects Anti- corruption perspectives (including Rule of Law. We will publish papers concerned solely with important law or evolutionary questions. Studies of civil society engagement, resources management, justice sector, anti-trust issues, legal systems comparisons, sports, finance, cross- border interrogations. ROLACC’ Journal will be the platform for physical and digital content of rule of law and governance and anti- corruption’s studies and references in the world. which leads to the one of the core values of the journal to spawn a well -informed generation of impartial and truth-driven writers. As a start this issue manage to cover several aspects of its specialized field; it presented how law and economics can violate the rule of law through three major illustrations. and it exposed the other side of whistleblowing Practice through offering examples from Nigeria. It expanded to reach brazil and its famous oil and gas sector case. It also highlighted the Lacunas and Offered some conceivable paths for white collar crimes, corruption and bribery though the Islamic criminal law and it finally provided an Assessment of the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures for the public sector and for private entities. All in all, it is an honorable commitment; that the ROLACC journal took to be effective, sustainable and accountable contributor to peaceful and inclusive world; for knowledge, awareness and education are pillars for prodigious future.
